LiNice WPC Composite Fence Production Process
At LiNice, we manufacture premium Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) fencing through a meticulous, multi-stage production process. This ensures every panel we wholesale meets the highest standards of durability, aesthetic beauty, and performance. Here’s a step-by-step look at how raw materials are transformed into the elegant and resilient fencing solutions our clients trust.
Stage 1: Raw Material Selection & Formula Mixing
Our process begins with the selection of high-quality raw materials. This includes fine wood flour, premium polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride plastics, and a suite of specialized additives for UV resistance, color stability, and enhanced durability. These materials are precisely weighed and blended according to our proprietary formula to create a homogeneous composite mix.
Stage 2: Extrusion & Forming
The blended composite material is fed into a high-temperature, twin-screw extruder. Here, it is melted, compressed, and forced through a custom-designed mold (die). This die gives the material its specific shape—be it a hollow deck board, a solid post, or a unique tongue-and-groove panel profile. As the continuous profile emerges, it is precisely calibrated and cooled through a water cooling tank to set its final dimensions.
Stage 3: Cooling & Sizing
After exiting the extruder, the now-formed fencing profile passes through a series of sizing and cooling fixtures. This critical stage ensures the product maintains its exact shape, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity as it solidifies.
Stage 4: Embossing (Texture Application)
To achieve the authentic look and feel of real wood, the cooled profiles pass through an embossing unit. A precision roller imprints a realistic wood-grain texture onto the surface. This step enhances the aesthetic appeal and provides a slip-resistant surface.
Stage 5: Automatic Cutting & Trimming
The continuous length of profile is automatically fed into a flying cut saw, which accurately cuts it to pre-set, standard lengths (e.g., 6ft, 8ft) for packaging and shipment. Any excess material is trimmed and recycled back into the production process, minimizing waste.
Stage 6: Quality Inspection
Each batch of fencing undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality check. Our inspectors assess for:
- Color Consistency: Ensuring uniformity across all panels.
- Dimensional Accuracy: Verifying thickness, width, and length.
- Surface Quality: Checking for a smooth, consistent texture and finish.
- Structural Integrity: Ensuring the product is free of defects and meets strength requirements.
Stage 7: Packaging & Warehousing
Approved fence panels are automatically stacked, wrapped in protective packaging, and labeled for identification. They are then moved to our spacious warehouse, ready for efficient dispatch to our wholesale partners worldwide.
Stage 8: Dispatch & Delivery
Finally, orders are meticulously packed into containers and shipped via our reliable logistics network, ensuring they arrive on time and in perfect condition.
By controlling every step of this integrated process, LiNice guarantees a superior WPC fence product that offers the perfect balance of natural beauty and modern engineering, all with consistent quality you can count on for your projects.
